Privacy Policy
Your information stays under your control.
This Privacy Policy explains how ClearCue.info ("ClearCue," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the ClearCue mobile application and this website.
Information stored on your device
ClearCue stores routine details, medication details, reminder times, private prescription details, supply estimates, and self-reported adherence history on the device where you use the app. We do not receive this routine information through a ClearCue-operated cloud service.
Notifications
If you choose reminders, ClearCue requests device notification permission. You can hide medication details in notifications so that lock-screen reminders use generalized wording. You can change notification permissions in your device settings.
Reports and sharing
A shareable report is created only when you choose Share read-only report. Review the destination before sending it. ClearCue does not automatically send reports to clinicians, pharmacies, caregivers, or anyone else.
Your choices and deletion
You can erase local routine data in ClearCue’s Privacy & Data controls. This removes medications, private prescription details, dose history, and scheduled ClearCue notifications from that device. It cannot be undone. Accessibility settings remain on the device.
Website contact information
If you contact us through the support form or email, we use the information you provide to respond to your request and maintain support records. Do not include private medical information in a support message unless it is necessary for your question.

Terms of Use
Using ClearCue
By using ClearCue, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or this website.
ClearCue is not medical care
ClearCue does not diagnose, prescribe, validate a clinical treatment plan, or replace your clinician’s instructions or prescription label. Always follow your clinician’s instructions and prescription label. For urgent symptoms, follow your clinician’s emergency instructions or local emergency guidance.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing the information you enter, using reminders appropriately, protecting access to your device, and deciding whether to share a report. Do not use ClearCue to make medical decisions or change a prescribed dose or schedule.
Availability and updates
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue ClearCue. Notifications may be affected by device settings, operating-system behavior, connectivity, battery state, or other factors outside our control.
